Flavor Flav’s New Restaurant May Go Up in Smoke For Non Payment? Flavor Flav’s new returant maybe a wrap sooner than he thinks her non payment of his rent. The landlord of the property that Flavor Flav’s Chicken and RIbs sits on has filed an eviction suit against the Hip Hop Hall of Famer. The landlord claims that the monthly payments of 3,500 have been late and since September 2012 he hasn’t received payment at all.
