Atlanta housewife Kim Zolciak and Atlanta Falcons star Kroy Biermann just welcomed a baby boy named Kroy Jagger Biermann. Kim made the announcement via twitter. Biermann also Tweeted the exciting news, writing, “Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes!!
