What I have been eating update: Since starting this 30 day journey, I have not been eating carbs, red meat, or pork. Just poultry, seafood, fruits, and veggies. as I mentioned in my last update 12 days at Gym. Also my mom has asked me to join her in a detox. Hey everyone I am back at the gym♥ Those whom follow me on other social media know that I’ve been going to the gym. Two weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night and I felt like something was wrong. I looked over at Jay and he was sleeping peacefully. I got out of bed and started to pace.
