Unfortunately a dispute has arisen over another performance she tentatively agreed to in Los Angeles, later cancelling. The club she was set to perform at, Hit Factory, was none too happy about the cancelled event and kept promoting her performance, even though a rep for Ciara is saying the singer did cancel.
