Frank Ocean’s name change petition has been denied due to multiple driving violations. The Channel Orange singer put his application forward earlier this year to change his name from Christopher Bearux to his stage name. The state of California advised Frank Ocean that once he gets his moving violations in order he can reapply. See this is why it pays to not get any tickets because they can always hold you back from what you want when they’re left unpaid.
