KEVIN HART BUSTED FOR DUI! On Sunday morning Kevin Hart was arrested and charged with a DUI. The superstar comedian released a statement to TMZ after he was released from the Los Angeles Police station. Hart said there was no truth to him almost hitting a gas tanker and he passed the sobriety test. He claims to have failed the breathalyzer and also openly admitted to being drunk while driving.
