Tameka Raymond has sought out for an emergency custody hearing. Usher V was swimming at his dad’s house being watched by his aunt, but when he swam to the bottom of the pool his arm got caught in the drain. Usher V nearly drowned trying to get his action figure. His aunt tried to free the boy but was unable to. Then two workers who were doing construction on Usher’s house jumped in the pool and save the boy’s life.
