After Two Decades of “Fat Bitches” The Grease Trucks Say Goodbye!

This is very sad news to hear about New Jersey’s beloved grease trucks.

The grease trucks were a pivotal part of the Rutger’s college student experience as well as party goers. I remember going to the grease trucks after my senior prom. My date and I discussed the night while chumping down on the Jersey famous “Fat Bitch” sandwich.

I am sure most New Jersey natives have a story tied to these trucks and I know they will be missed. I was almost certain they would be there forever because of them being such a significant piece of Rutger’s history.

Where the grease trucks are sitting Rutger’s plans to build a new development. It is still uncertain of whether the grease trucks will be able to return to the area. Your last chance to get a piece of pop culture is on August 15th. That will be the last day the trucks will be in an area they made Rutger’s campus famous.
