Kanye West must of hit his head harder than we thought. West was out in CA looking angry as usual with a grey hoody and a very bruised head. Kanye hit himself in the head with a street sign trying to avoid paparazzi two days ago. The bruise was looking pretty swollen but I am sure not as swollen as his ego when it happened in front of all those photographers LMAO! Here are the photos!
