Kanye West Could Face Felony Charges for Fight at LAX! (PHOTOS and VIDEO)

Kanye West was involved in a confrontation with yet another paparazzi who he allegedly punched repeatedly.

West was in the LAX when the altercation between the pap and him started. According to perezhilton.com the pap has sustained injuries from the fight and is also adamant in pressing charges against the Yeezus rapper. The potential felonious charge as a result of the fight is attempted robbery. Kanye allegedly tried to steal the camera.

I am not sure why Kanye can’t just keep walking when they’re asking him questions? Why does he even engage? He has bodyguards who he pays to make sure that his space isn’t violated. So why does he feel like he needs to go Incredible Hulk on a these camera guys?

This is starting to get out of hand seriously. This would be the second time he has became physical with a pap. The last altercation was with a TMZ reporter. He needs anger management if he isn’t able to handle all the attention. He had to know by tying himself to Kim Kardashian would make his presence in the industry even more relevant. Meaning the paps would be more aggressive.

If I was the pap I sure would seek damages because there is no crime in asking questions. Your actions shouldn’t be a result of someone else’s. Kanye’s lawyers will have a hard time with this being that the whole fight is on tape showing Kanye lunging at the guy.

Now because of Kanye he will never have to take another picture again. I’m sure the lawyers were lined up outside of his hospital door hoping they get picked for representation. This case will be an open and shut. This story is still in development…
