My Green Juice Recipe and The Benefits!

I recently started juicing and I’ve made my own green juice. It’s yummy and has a lot of health benefits to start your day!

Don’t have a juicer? No problem use your blender it will do the job just as well. Now what I do to avoid chopping these things everyday is I chop enough for a week full of juicing then I freeze my ingredients to use for the following day. Freezing the items allows the drink to be cold without being water down with tons of ice.

When using a blender the mixture will be a bit chunky. If you don’t like the solids you can pour the blended mixture in a fine sieve to extract the liquid. I don’t mind the pulp so I pour it up and drink it. I hope you give it a try.
