A New Jersey woman has pleaded not guilty to reckless manslaughter in the case of a man who died after having his penis illegally injected with silicone. She appeared Tuesday in a Newark courtroom. Kasia Rivera who police say allegedly gave the injection could have injected others but no one has come forth to confirm other procedures. Court documents state that 35-year-old Rivera gave 22-year-old Justin Street the injection in May. After the procedure he died the next day.
