Ciara Interviews With The Breakfast Club!

Ciara spoke with DJ Envy and Angela Yee of the Breakfast Club about the break-up with Future, the baby, and her new album Jackie.

On Future

During the interview when DJ Envy asked about what happened between her and Future. Ciara kept it light and basically said it didn’t work out. If you listen to her new song “I Bet” you will hear that he obviously cheated. I think she feels she has given enough explanation in the area.

On Her Baby Future

Ciara spoke highly of her son claiming he was the best gift she got during their relationship. She went onto say that she couldn’t be clouded with the bad due to her son being so great. She also explained how her son travels with her constantly and that he has truly been the greatest joy of her life.

On Jermaine Dupri and Tamar Braxton

Ciara said that they both retracted their statements. She claimed that Jermaine is expressive and if he walked through the door it would be all love. As for Tamar she said that she believes that her intentions were not malicious. Although she didn’t understand what she meant by it, she will take her word for it because they have never had a problem in person. She further explained that there is no room for negativity in her life.

On her new album Jackie

Ciara said that fans will be happy to see who she really is through the new music. She feels that during her 13 years in the industry that she hasn’t really expressed that on any of her records. She named it after her mother because it simply felt right. She finished her interview by saying this is her best body of work to date.
