Reese Witherspoon and Husband Jim Toth Get Arrested for DUI

America’s sweetheart Reese Witherspoon lost her charm with the police officer who arrested her husband, Jim Toth, on suspicion of driving under the influence. She allegedly asked him, “Do you know who I am?”

Witherspoon shocked the media when she was arrested for disorderly conduct and her husband Jim Toth was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. She has always had a clean slate in hollywood and always been perceived as borderline perfect. This all came to an end last Friday in Atlanta, GA.

I think people should give her a break. Her and husband went out drinking then acting a fool. How many of us have done that? The only difference is she is rich enough to have a driver take them wherever so they can be as shit faced as they want. Them driving didn’t really make much sense to me at all. This would be the second celebrity to get arrested for some sort of alcohol violation. Kevin Hart was driving under the influence just a week ago.

I hope this not a new trend because you all have enough money to have someone pick you up and drive you home. It is truly that simple. I hope she learns from this experience.
