Chris Brown just showed up, end of story.

That’s what the R&B star implied anyway in response to an accusation that Will.i.am ripped off another song to make his track “Let’s Go,” which features Brown (and isn’t to be confused with the Calvin Harris tune featuring Ne-Yo).

“I don’t even know who mat zo Or arty is? I ain’t got s–t to do wit if ur mad or not. Someone asked for a feature on a record and I did it,” Brown wrote in a tweet that has since been deleted, though it was caught for posterity in a screengrab by the Huffington Post.

Still online are the following possibly related Brown tweets: “I don’t listen to that shit half the time anyway. #X” and “#staypositive.”

Will.i.am, meanwhile, has not yet responded to the claim from Arty and Mat Zo that the Black Eyed Pea allegedly pilfered their dance track “Rebound.”

“They never cleared rights through Anjunabeats, who’s only one label, who ownes [sic] the rights for ‘Rebound,'” Arty tweeted.

But apparently the backlash from the offensive wing of the peanut gallery was so fierce that Mat Zo took to Facebook to encourage the haters to cool off.

“I really and truely [sic] appreciate all the support you are giving me and Arty in response to Will I Am’s copyright infringement. However, this doesnt excuse the horrific abuse youre sending the way of Will I Am and Chris Brown, and it especially doesnt excuse being racist,”he wrote.
