Try Thai Sticky Wings for the Super Bowl Party!

Looking for a wing recipe for your Super Bowl Party? Try these Thai Sticky Wings! They will be a crowd pleaser!

Thai Style Sticky Wings

Recipe
Marinade
16-18 Wings Cut in Half (Drums and Flats)
3/4 Cup Light Soy Sauce
A Thumb of Ginger Minced
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
3 Tbsp Asian Chilli Sauce
3 Tbsp of Cilantro
Juice of a half of Lemon

Cooking
1/2 Cup Honey
4 tsp of Butter (Unsalted)

Marinate the chicken for 3 hours up to overnight. After the chicken wings have been marinated pour into a strainer to remove the excess marinade.

Use a large Pot if you don’t have a wok. Put the pot or wok on high heat. Add the butter and wait until it melts . When the butter is forthy add the chicken wings and stir. Stir the wings for 3-5 minutes.

Then add the honey and continue to stir for 7-9 minutes. Stir wings until sauce becomes thick and the chicken wings are cooked through.

Cook until an internal temp of 165 F.
