Drink One Gallon of Water and (No Alcohol)

Meal 1 Smoothie

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp of Jelly Ice and Protein

Meal 2

Apple (Golden Delicious)

Meal 3 Mid Morning Snack

12 Almonds

1 cup of Vegetables (Celery or Tomatoes)

Meal 4 Lunch

Green Chicken Salad

Meal 5 Mid-Afternoon Snack

Cup of Vegetables (Celery or Tomatoes) and a boiled egg

Meal 6 Dinner

Fish ( Salmon, Cod, Tuna) 4-6oz

Any green vegetable (asparagus, broccoli, green beans, etc) and a side salad

Meal 7 Mid Evening Snack

Fruit of your choice
