Fat Girl Tries the Khloe Kardashian Diet for 7 Days

Day 4:

Workout Playlist

I woke up very late. However, I still drank my pre workout drink and took care of my workout. I hit my 35 minutes and continued the day. I had somethings to attend to at work that kind of threw me off my regular routine.

However, I took my own advice from the day before by keeping up with my water, the meal plan, and making healthy choices. I ended my day with 5 meals and a gallon of water.

Day 4 Takeaways:

Being more than half way through the 7 day challenge I truly enjoyed the routine of it all. I loved not having to think about what I was going to eat or had I had enough exercise. Although I walk on my lunches at work and eat pretty clean. It just felt like her diet removed all the guesswork.
