Fat Girl Tries the Khloe Kardashian Diet for 7 Days

Day 3:

Workout Playlist

The day started really well. I had the pre-workout meal, then exercised, and continued my meals throughout the day. However, I hit a major issue when I stayed a little later at work and my husband had school to get to within the hour. Which meant I wasn’t able to return home to cook my last meal.

I was in a major dilemma as I didn’t plan for this unexpected turn. His school is more than 45 minutes away from our home. Had I gone home it would have pushed me past the eating window I am comfortable in. I stop eating between 6-7pm. My preference is to stop eating at 6pm to give my body enough time to properly digest food.

I searched the yelp app, waze app, and my apple navigation to check options nearby that would be healthy. The looking slowly became frustrating by all the fast food options I was getting.

Me Not Giving Up

I found a Chinese food restaurant. They made me steamed vegetables , shrimp, and chicken without sauce or rice. I became full very quickly as Khloe’s small meals plus water truly curbs the appetite.

Takeaways from Day 3:

I still felt great and was becoming use to Khloe’s diet. However, I did learn to stay calm in not ideal situation. As it was ok to stray from the program as long as it was in a healthy way. When all else fails a dry uncomplicated salad will always do the trick.
