Fat Girl Tries the Khloe Kardashian Diet for 7 Days

Day 6:

I woke-up at 9am and asked my husband to make my pre workout drink. It was time to work out and I wanted to go outside. However, it was passed 10 am at this point the weather was too hot. Nobody has time for a damn stroke sis. I had to go with plan B and workout inside. I did a combo of walking, tai chi, and HIIT.

Then I had some oats and chia seeds for breakfast and continued the rest of the meal plan throughout the day. For dinner I had fish and veggies. After dinner I wasn’t hungry and went to bed.

Day 6 Takeaways:

It is becoming easier to be on her diet and know how to navigate the day. I still feel good and energized. Food now seems more like fuel. I have almost transformed myself into a damn car.
