Fat Girl Tries the Khloe Kardashian Diet for 7 Days

Day 5:

Day five fell on a Saturday and I was a little worried. Weekend behavior is a little more relaxed than weekday. I expected that the diet would be much harder to keep up with.

My mom and I then headed to the gym for my daily workout. I walked for 20 minutes, strength training, and focused on legs. I worked out a little over an hour.

When I came home I opted for a hot lunch with baked chicken, green beans, and corn. I had almonds as a snack later on. Then continued to stay hydrated. I then focused on cleaning and took care of more home chores. I ended the evening with a small plate of veggies for dinner as I wasn’t as hungry.

Day 5 Takeaways:

It wasn’t as hard to be home and stay on task as I created a habit. I think I have adjusted to the diet and it is kind of second nature now. By this point most people who were on complaining how they wanted it to be over. Khloe’s diet isn’t that far from my own diet, she just eats more meals a day.

My diet is three meals a day. Eating more meals a day that are smaller has been beneficial. It feels like you never have to think about what you will have. The brain isn’t left idle long enough to communicate to you that you in need food because you’re always eating.
